Vestry Meeting Highlights

Highlights from our meeting last Monday (June 15, 2026):

We spent a few minutes each of us answering the question What do we want to ask God for, in prayer, for St. Margaret’s? Those responses will be shared with the parish.

Heard an update on the Capital Campaign interviews which are being conducted by our consultant, Davey Gerhard of TENS. To date 10 parishioners have been interviewed with a potential of five or six more by the end of the month. Following these interviews an assessment will be made about the feasibility of running the campaign.

Heard from David Delano about the Pilot program for a community youth choir which will run for 8 weeks starting early October. David is very excited about this possibility and will be sharing the information with the parish during announcements.

Elizabeth Garber shared her many varied ideas for fellowship opportunities – stay posted.

A potluck supper is planned for Monday, July 6th at 6PM where we will ponder and answer Barbara’s question: Imagine we are in 2036 and you have just seen headlines that Waldo County and St. Margaret’s have been utterly transformed.  What happened?
