Please join us at Camp Bishopswood for our Sept 13, 2026 Service

 
Four Episcopal parishes from the midcoast region will be celebrating the Eucharist and sharing a meal at Camp Bishopswood on Sunday, September 13. (There will be NO celebration of the Eucharist at St. Margaret’s that day).

Here are some practical things to consider:

• Seating will be on benches. If you prefer to bring your own lawn chair, it is encouraged.
• We are invited for 10:00 for wandering. (grounds walk + coffee/donuts + a tour of camp is being planned, as well).
• Our service begins at 11:00 outdoors. If it is bad weather, we will move inside.
• We are invited to bring a salad or a dessert to share. Camp will provide hamburgers and hotdogs.
• Lunch will follow the Eucharist and will be served from the dining hall. Outside dining is welcome.
•  After lunch, the waterfront is open for our use.
• Anyone (child or adult) on a boat must wear a lifejacket — camp insurance requirement.
• Any child under 18 at the waterfront needs a parent present.
• End time is 4PM

We will need to send a head count to camp by September 1. Please let the office know if you will be joining us.
