Annual Meeting with Elections

The Annual Parish Meeting was held on January 7th where financial, ministry, wardens, and Rector reports were shared. Link to the reports is here.

Thanks were given for three outgoing Vestry members – Chris Quigley, Mary Rackmales, and Kristin Frangoulis. Newly elected Vestry members are Chris Urick, Ruth Heffron, and Roy McAlpine.

Senior Warden will be Chris Urick, Junior Warden – Richard Harrison, and Cindy Frost will be Clerk. Three delegates to the 2024 Diocesan Convention are: Kristen Burkholder, Roy McAlpine, and Matthew Markiewicz.

Parish Discussion and Potluck

We will meet as a parish on Thursday, July 13 at 6PM for a potluck supper followed by discussion on how we can share our building space for the good of the community. We will eat and then break into small groups to answer focus questions which will later be collated.

Also, there will be another discussion focused on the same issue following the 9:30AM service on Sunday, July 16, approximately 11 a.m..

Special Parish Meeting

A special meeting of the parish will be held on Sunday, October 3 at 1:00 p.m. to provide updates from the Discernment Committee and their process.  It will not be an in-person meeting, but rather will be strictly on zoom.  A link will be included in the October 1 edition of News from the Pews.  We expect the meeting to be no more than an hour.
